These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IQReview platform and services operated by IQReview ("we," "us," or "our") at iqreview.co. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact voicereply@polsia.app for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewal charges.

3.5 Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IQReview generates review reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. These suggestions are drafts only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is posted publicly.

5. FTC Disclosure Requirements

You acknowledge that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires disclosure when AI tools are used to draft consumer-facing communications in certain contexts. You are solely responsible for determining whether FTC disclosure requirements apply to your review responses and for including any required disclosures. IQReview does not make any representations regarding regulatory compliance for your specific use case.

7. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize IQReview to access and manage your Google Business Profile data on your behalf. You represent that you have authority to grant this access. Your use of Google services through our integration is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We may lose access to your data if Google revokes our API access or changes its policies, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by IQReview and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, review content, and any customizations you create. By using the Service, you grant IQReview a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

IQReview does not claim ownership of AI-generated reply suggestions produced for your use. However, you are responsible for ensuring that published content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Our handling of your personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IQREVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQReview from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you publish using the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
